1. Timeframe
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Return shipping
- If we sent the wrong model, size or color, or the item has a manufacturing defect, we cover all return shipping costs.
- If the item was shipped correctly and you would like to return it, the shipping cost will be deducted before your refund is transferred.
3. Condition of returned items
Items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, in the original packaging with all parts included.
4. Non-returnable items
Items that have been used or washed, items damaged through customer use, made-to-order items, and items with incomplete packaging or parts.
5. How to return
Contact us with your order number, the reason for the return and photos of the item. We will reply within 1–3 business days.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item, to your original payment method.

1. When washing in a washing machine, use the delicate cycle to protect the fabric and extend the lifespan of the bedding set.
2. When hand washing, do not scrub as this may damage the fabric.
3. If using a clothes dryer, use the delicate cycle and a temperature no higher than 60 degrees Celsius.
4. Do not use bleach.
5. It should be washed separately from other types of clothing, as the color may bleed slightly during the first 1-2 washes.
6. Bed linens should be washed every 1-2 months for good hygiene.
