1. When washing in a washing machine, use the delicate cycle to protect the fabric and extend the lifespan of the bedding set.
2. When hand washing, do not scrub as this may damage the fabric.
3. If using a clothes dryer, use the delicate cycle and a temperature no higher than 60 degrees Celsius.
4. Do not use bleach.
5. It should be washed separately from other types of clothing, as the color may bleed slightly during the first 1-2 washes.

สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม ยังไม่ผ่านการใช้งานหรือซัก และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมพร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วน
4. สินค้าที่ไม่รับคืน
สินค้าที่ผ่านการใช้งานหรือซักแล้ว สินค้าที่ชำรุดจากการใช้งานของลูกค้า สินค้าสั่งผลิตเฉพาะบุคคล (Made to order) และสินค้าที่บรรจุภัณฑ์หรืออุปกรณ์ไม่ครบ
5. ขั้นตอน
ติดต่อร้านพร้อมแจ้งหมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ เหตุผลที่ต้องการคืน และรูปถ่ายสินค้า ร้านจะแจ้งผลภายใน 1–3 วันทำการ
6. การคืนเงิน
คืนเงินภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ หลังร้านได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าแล้ว ผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม
