1. When washing in a washing machine, use the delicate cycle to protect the fabric and extend the lifespan of the bedding set.
2. When hand washing, do not scrub as this may damage the fabric.
3. If using a clothes dryer, use the delicate cycle and a temperature no higher than 60 degrees Celsius.
4. Do not use bleach.
5. It should be washed separately from other types of clothing, as the color may bleed slightly during the first 1-2 washes.
6. Bed linens should be washed every 1-2 months for good hygiene.

Warranty:
Products with defects, tears, or stains due to manufacturing or shipping problems can be exchanged or returned within 7 days.

Returning goods:
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. The store will exchange/return the product under the following conditions: The customer returns the product, and the store verifies that it is in perfect condition. The product must not have been used or washed. The store reserves the right to deduct shipping costs from the product price before issuing a refund.

1. ระยะเวลาในการขอคืนสินค้า

ลูกค้าสามารถแจ้งขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า

2. เงื่อนไขที่สามารถคืนสินค้าได้

สินค้าชำรุดจากการผลิต ได้รับสินค้าผิดรุ่น ผิดขนาด หรือผิดสีจากที่สั่งซื้อ สินค้าอยู่ในสภาพไม่สมบูรณ์ตั้งแต่ก่อนใช้งาน

3. เงื่อนไขที่ไม่สามารถคืนสินค้าได้

สินค้าที่ผ่านการใช้งานแล้ว

สินค้าที่ชำรุดจากการใช้งานของลูกค้าเอง 

สินค้าสั่งผลิตเฉพาะบุคคล (Made to order)

สินค้าที่ไม่มีบรรจุภัณฑ์หรือรายการไม่ครบถ้วนตามเดิม

4. สภาพสินค้าที่ต้องการคืน

สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน ไม่มีรอยเปื้อนหรือความเสียหาย และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิมพร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วน

5. ขั้นตอนการขอคืนสินค้า

ลูกค้าต้องติดต่อร้านผ่านช่องทางที่ระบุ พร้อมแจ้ง: หมายเลขคำสั่งซื้อ เหตุผลในการขอคืน รูปถ่ายสินค้าที่ต้องการคืน ทางร้านจะตรวจสอบและแจ้งผลการอนุมัติภายใน 1–3 วันทำการ

6. ค่าจัดส่งคืนสินค้า

หากเป็นความผิดพลาดจากทางร้าน ทางร้านจะเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืน หากลูกค้าเปลี่ยนใจ ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืนเอง

7. ระยะเวลาการคืนเงิน

เมื่อได้รับสินค้าและตรวจสอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางร้านจะดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ ผ่านช่องทางการชำระเงินเดิม
